• QIs the FLIP HOLE reusable?

  Yes! With proper washing and care, the FLIP HOLE is reusable.
  For general usage, it can reused about 50 times. It is recommended to be paired with the HOLE LOTION series.
  ※Please note that product longevity may vary

• QIs the FLIP HOLE electronic?

  A

  The FLIP HOLE is not electronic and may be enjoyed manually.

• QHow should I wash the FLIP HOLE?

  A

  First, Remove the Slide Cap and flip the item open. Wash under running lukewarm water.
  Place on the Slide Cap to air dry. Once completely dry, close and replace Slide Cap for storage.
  ※ Water over 50 °C might cause the soft inside part to degrade. Please avoid washing with water with high temperatures.
  ※Use only neutral or mild soap. Soaps high in acid or alkaline content may damage product material.
  ※Please ensure the product is completely clean and dry before storing to help avoid mold and other build-up.

• QThere are 4 colors in the FLIP HOLE series (white, black, red, silver), what is the difference?

  The internal structure and material hardness vary with different colors. Please enjoy the different pleasant feelings brought by various colors.
