• QIs the FLIP0 reusable?

  Yes! With proper washing and care, the FLIP0 is reusable.
  For general usage, it can reused about 50 times. It is recommended to be paired with the HOLE LOTION series.
  ※Please note that product durability may vary.

• QIs the FLIP0 electronic?

  A

  The FLIP0 is not electronic and may be enjoyed manually.

• QHow should I wash the FLIP0?

  A

  First, Remove the Slide Cap and flip the item open. Wash under running lukewarm water. Place on the Slide Cap to air dry.
  Once completely dry, close and replace Slide Cap for storage.
  ※Water over 50 °C might cause the soft inside part to degrade. Please avoid washing with water with high temperatures.
  ※Use only neutral or mild soap. Soaps high in acid or alkaline content may damage product material.
  ※Please ensure the product is completely clean and dry before storing to help avoid mold and other build-up.

• QDoes the FLIP0 come with complimentary lubricants?

  The FLIP ZERO includes two sample pouches of TENGA HOLE LOTION [REAL].
  ※After using the sample lubricants, please purchase the HOLE LOTION (sold individually).
  ※All 4 types of HOLE LOTION (MILD, REAL, WILD, SOLID), or other LOTION series can be used. Please choose according to your own preferences.

• QWhat is the difference between the FLIP HOLE and the FLIP0?

  Where the FLIP HOLE was two separate halves held together by a hinge, the FLIP ZERO features our Integrated Pivot - a hinge inside the product body. This makes the insertion point of the item seamless, which drastically reduces lubricant leakage as well as improves vacuum intensity; especially with the addition of a new one-way-valve.
  On top of this, the FLIP0 is made of our Premium material, that was previously only available in Japan, and with our improvements in moulding and engineering technology, the details are the most intricate to date.
  With the new design, the FLIP0 is not only easier to hold, but the Slide Arms also allow for much easier assembly.

• QHow should I lubricate the FLIP ZERO?

  Flip the item open and apply lotion/ lubricant to both halves, ensuring to cover every detail – insufficient lubrication can cause discomfort.
