• QCan the Hole Warmer be useddrepeatedly?

  Yes! After use, the inside of the warmer will have solidified, but can be returned to its original state in boiling water. After that, please store at room temperature.
  For detailed instructions on how to return the warmer to its original state, please refer to the instructions included with the product.※For use up to 30 times.

• QWhile using the HOLE WARMER, what is the temperature when heating up?

  A

  Temperature may differ according to the product used or the room temperature at the time of heating. Body temperature could be reached after 5 minutes if using DEEP THROAT CUP.
  When using FLIP HOLE or FLIP LIGHT Series, please apply lubricants before heating.
  ATTENTION! This product cannot be used with the EGG series.
