• QIs the TENGA MOOVA reusable?

  By washing the Elastomer Sleeve, you can reuse this item.
  Please use with our TENGA HOLE LOTION Series lubricants.

  *Product lifespan will vary with intensity of use and maintenance.

• QIs the TENGA MOOVA electronic?

  A

  The TENGA MOOVA is a manual item that you can enjoy without electricity.

• QHow do I wash this product?

  A

  Remove the Elastomer Sleeve after use and wash under tepid water, inverting the item to ensure it is fully clean, and free of all lubricant or bodily fluids.

  *Do not boil. The material will degrade when in contact with water over 50 degrees Celsius.
  *Do not wash with highly acidic or alkaline substances. If you wish to use soap, a neutral, mild body soap is preferable.

• QHow do I dry this product?

  A

  Towel dry after washing. Invert the Stand Cap to create a drying stand. Place Elastomer Sleeve on this to air dry.

  *Ensure product is completely dry before storing. Insufficient drying may lead to mold or bacteria build-up.

• QHow should I store this product?

  A

  After the product is fully dry, revert the Stand Cap to its original state, and insert the Stand Cap and Elastomer Sleeve directly into the Casing. Store in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight.

• QIs lubricant included with this product?

  A

  The TENGA MOOVA comes with a one-time amount lubricant pouch of our lubricant HOLE LOTION [REAL].
  Please purchase our HOLE LOTION Series lubricants for further uses.

  *While product is compatible with water based lubricant, please note TENGA Co., Ltd. cannot guarantee best use with third party lubricants.

• QWhere should I apply the lubricant?

  A

  Lubricate around the insertion point and inside the Elastomer Sleeve.

• QHow do I utilize the air hole at the top of the item?

  A

  You can create an internal vacuum by covering the air hole during use. Covering the air hole while fully inserted, then pulling the item away from you will create a strong suction sensation!
