• QHow should I use the SVR?

  A

  The SVR is a vibrator attached to a silicone ring for use in partnered play and during sex.
  The ring can be stretched around the penis and placed at the base of a shaft for vibrations during sex, or it can be used as a vibrator by simply holding the item.

• QHow do I switch on the SVR?

  A

  Simply press and hold the power button to turn ON.
  Press and hold again to turn OFF.
  ※When charging, holding the power buttons will not switch the SVR on or off.

• QWhat vibration modes does the SVR have?

  A

  There are five vibration modes in total.
  After turning the item ON, pressing the power button will cycle through the following modes: Low > Med > High > Pulse 1 > Pulse 2
  

• QCan SVR be used repeatedly?

  A

  The SVR is rechargeable and can be used repeatedly, at least up to 300 full charges.
  Because it is fully waterproof, please wash it with clean water or lukewarm water after use to keep it clean.
  It is fine for the USB charging port to be exposed to water or warm water. It will not cause any problems.
  ※Please note that if the silicone sleeve is damaged, you cannot take out the internal vibrator and use it on its own.
  ※Do not unplug the internal plastic parts of the charging port, as it may cause a malfunction.

• QCan SVR be used in the shower?

  A

  It is fully waterproof and can be used in a bathtub.
  Do not use in depths over 50cm, in strong water flow, or in water other than tap/bath water, as it might cause malfunctioning.
  The charging port of the SVR is rust-proof and can be submerged into water without causing electric shocks.
  ※The USB cable is not waterproof.

• QCan SVR be used with lubricants or massaging oil?

  A

  Please use water-based lubricants.
  ※Do not use with silicone lubricants, massage oil, baby oil and other oil-based fluids. It may cause malfunction, discoloration or deformation.

• QCan SVR be washed with water or soap?

  A

  Please wash the SVR with cold or lukewarm water. If there are is any noticeable dirtiness on the SVR, please use a neutral, mild soap.

  ※Do not wash the SVR under hot water, boil, or immerse in washing detergents for extended periods of time.
  ※Do NOT wash with acidic or alcoholic cleansers, as this may cause disfiguration and discoloration of the device.
  ※Please ensure the product is completely clean and dry before storing it into the designated case.
  ※Note that the charging port of the SVR is rust-proof and can withstand the above washing procedures. It will not cause electric shocks.

• QWhat is the health & safety information about the SVR?

  A

  The materials used in the body are approved by the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) and will not cause any harm to the human body.
  In addition, because the product can be cleansed with water, it is easy clean before or after use.
  The exposed metal part of the USB port of the body will not cause electric shock when in contact with the body.
  Although SVR will not cause electric shock if placed inside the body, it is not a medical device. Please be responsible for your own safety and use accordingly.

• QIs it okay to pull the silicon ring of the SVR by strong force?

  A

  Although it is made of stretchable materials, excessive pulling may cause the possibility of changing its shape. So please do not pull hard or damage the silicon with sharp items.

• QDoes the SVR include a warranty?

  A

  Yes! There is a warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
